Simply put, our mission is to help you, “Change Your Life With Us.” After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are a better version of themselves.
It isn’t the scientific sum of calories, workouts, and weight that keeps our members returning. It is not the cutting-edge equipment and technology. It is the people that count.
Our staff cares about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves. Our members’ goals are specific and if we can assist in that journey to realizing their aspirations then we have truly helped them change their life.
I have been in the CrossFit space for a little over 10 years now where I spent most of my time and energy trying to qualify for the CrossFit Games. I started coaching in 2020 where I found a passion in sharing my knowledge of the sport to others. Unfortunately, my coaching and competitive aspirations came to a halt when I was Diagnosed with Leukemia during the winter of 2021 at the age of 22. I spent the better portion of the next 4 years traveling to, or staying at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City. I’ve received countless number of treatments during my journey, including two bone marrow transplants because of a relapse after my first.
Facing that battle pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of physically, mentally, and emotionally. Every treatment, every setback, and every victory taught me the true meaning of resilience.
After unofficially beating cancer in January of 2025 by staying in remission for 2 years, I knew I wanted to reignite my passion for CrossFit to help others find their own strength. I understand firsthand what it’s like to feel weak, to struggle and feel helpless, and to maybe feel like you’re not good enough anymore. I want to help others more than just through PR’s and good lifts. I want to help show others they are capable of more than they ever could imagine, and to keep fighting when it seems like everything is stacked up against you.
My goal is to create a supportive and welcoming environment so that no matter what you may be facing, your goals and fears can be conquered here. Fitness isn’t always about workouts and appearances. It’s about the fight, the growth, and the community and friendships we build along the way. CrossFit helped change and save my life, maybe it can do the same for you. 🫶🏼
I am a dedicated mom and passionate fitness and wellness coach specializing in CrossFit with a background in nursing. I balance my family life with my professional commitment and empower individuals to reach physical potential through functional training and holistic health practices. With a background in nutrition and strength conditioning, I combine my knowledge of CrossFit with a deep understanding of wellness, focusing on building strength, endurance, and mental resilience. My personal experience as a mom allows me to connect with others on a deeper level, guiding clients toward sustainable fitness goals while prioritizing overall well-being. Whether I am coaching in the gym or encouraging others to adopt healthier lifestyles at home, I’m committed to inspiring confidence, perseverance, and balance in everyone I work with.
After high school, I struggled to find myself. I was slowly becoming more and more depressed, falling deeper and deeper into alcoholism and my life was in pieces. I had been personal training since 2007 and doing Crossfit for about 5 years, and it was one of the few things I knew I loved and that was good for me both mentally and physically. Meanwhile, just after my 30th birthday in 2015 I found a new life in sobriety. So I went all in by adopting a healthy lifestyle in and out of the gym and surrounding myself with the right people.
Coaching and CrossFit helped me climb out of the darkest places I could possibly imagine. I have been Coaching and Training clients for almost 20 years now and am healthier and happier because of it. I believe that we must be the example to those around us — to not just tell them — but to show them the path. My love for coaching comes from my desire to use the things I have learned in my struggles to help others.
